
making somtam with green papaya--first you shred it by making knife slices in the side

then you peel the slices off so they're long and thin

also you chop long beans--i look super creepy in this photo... do i have a lazy eye?

ingredients: shredded papaya and carrot, cherry tomato, long beans, lime,

and thai chilis, and garlic to start in the big wood mortar and pestle
