first you pound the chilis and garlic together


then you add soy sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice. if you're into it you can sub fish sauce for the soy, and add those little dried shrimp. i'm not into it.


then you add the veggies and smash it up some more so they all get slightly bruised. finish with roasted peanuts.



it's really good. i ate it at least 5 times a week... with sticky rice. issan style.
